Excel Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Limited is a 100% New Zealand owned and operated Refrigeration and Air Conditioning solutions provider.
Established in 2005, the company has grown to a highly skilled team of over 220 staff servicing the North Island from 11 offices nationwide. This team is supported by a network of excellent local and international suppliers and subcontractors.

Job management software, simPRO gives us greater transparency between our staff and our customers by enabling us to process real-time information quickly and easily. Our staff can enter job information, hours and parts directly from their smart devices while customers can access job information via a customer portal, see the status of their jobs, view and approve quotes, and get copies of invoices.
Asset Maintenance: Optimise asset uptime and keep your customers happy. Manage maintenance schedules, easily view asset history and stay compliant with service level agreements.
All our vehicles are fitted with a GPS giving us the ability to identify which staff member is closest to a job. We also use it as part of our commitment to health and safety, monitoring speed and drive time. As an added benefit, we can access historical information of any callouts if customers have a question about site arrival and departure times.
We use an internal staff site called myCatalogue, which provides all our staff with access to Excel goods such as safety gear, tags and tools. Staff provide feedback on the products as part of our commitment to improving our systems and encouraging peer review. This saves time and ensures our customers have a consistent experience across our business units. Customers can be safe in the knowledge that our staff have the correct tools to suit an ever-changing environment.

We’ve uploaded our vast database of manuals and information to the Cloud so our staff can share these resources easily and efficiently. By being able to access these materials from their smart devices, staff no longer need to return to the workshop as the right information is at hand.
