Excel Refrigeration has always acknowledged the crucial role apprentice training has to ensuring the future viability of the Company and wider Refrigeration Industry.

Since it’s founding, the Company has identified some key areas of focus that have underpinned it’s apprentice training policy, these include:

In the development of it’s training program, Excel Refrigeration have made a point of always striving for excellence in the tradesmen it produces and not just working toward a mandated standard. This vision is reflected in the considerable investment the Company makes in it’s Annual Apprentice Training Week.
This initiative brings together all apprentices throughout the Company, who engage in a series of Theoretical and Practical training sessions – delivered by subject matter experts from within and outside the company –  while allowing apprentices to network with their peers in both professional and social settings.
 
Excel Refrigeration places a high degree of value in the apprentices it trains. The outdated thinking, of an apprentice as a whipping-boy, has never been entertained and the Company realises that to get the maximum return on investment, apprentices have to be given every opportunity to succeed right from the outset, this belief is practiced in everything we do!
